SeaTac Int’l Airport CLV Panel Replacement

EC performed preconstruction planning and construction execution for the Concourse Low Voltage (CLV) Panel Replacement project, a complex electrical modernization at the fully operational SeaTac International Airport. Our scope included the replacement of 50+ electrical panels, 80+ main feeders, a new electrical room, and an advanced panel metering system. We provided design-assist services, budgeting, sequencing, and value engineering to optimize project costs and minimize operational disruptions. The work required meticulous planning and phased overnight cutovers to maintain uninterrupted airport operations.
