Kaiser Permanente Gateway Medical Office

This project consisted of the complete remodel of a 32,000 square foot former retail electronics store, transforming it into a two-story medical clinic and office building with an additional 1,500 square foot steel-framed expansion. The building now includes an imaging department, 44 exam rooms, nurse call station and fire alarm system. The project incorporated a substantial amount of LED lighting, which helped the project earn LEED Gold certification.
