Jackstraw

Jackstraw is a 313-unit mixed use project being built in Bend’s Old Mill District. It includes two wood buildings over a shared concrete podium. The podium is made up of two above-grade stories of parking, retail space, amenity space, and 11 townhouse ground floor units. Jackstraw
will have two landscaped courtyards atop the podium and additional site parking. This project aims to enhance the neighboring Box Factory and the City of Bend by focusing on walkable, sustainable living through specific siting and mixed use adjacencies.
