Compass Health Phase 2

EC managed the complete electrical scope for a ground-up, four-story, 73,000-square-foot behavioral health facility following full demolition of the existing building. The project included outpatient services on the first two floors and inpatient units above, requiring close coordination of life-safety, access control, and intercom systems. We delivered comprehensive interior and exterior lighting packages and advanced lighting control systems to support patient care, energy efficiency, and LEED Silver goals, while providing design-assist for low voltage systems including fire alarm, DAS, and structured cabling.
