Central Library at Stevens Ranch

EC served as the design-assist partner for the new construction of this 100,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art library. This building will act as the central library for Deschutes County and a major learning hub for the Bend Community. This mass timber and dowel-laminated timber (DLT) project included community rooms, office space, a café, catering facilities, and outdoor event space. This project has been certified LEED Gold.
