1400 Madison Boylston Affordable Housing

This new 18-story, 365 unit apartment tower is Seattle’s first affordable high-rise funded by both public and private money. The structure was built by two developers, Plymouth Housing (levels two through five, for long term senior citizens) and Bellwether Housing (levels six though seventeen, for low income family housing). This building’s amenity spaces include conference rooms, exercise rooms, and entertainment areas for resident use.
