Louisa Flowers Apartments

This collaborative design-build project constructed a 240-unit affordable housing building in the Lloyd District of NE Portland. It was the largest publicly-funding housing project in Portland at the time. EC completed the electrical scope for the building, including low voltage systems, security, fire alarms, and Distributed Antenna System.
