Capitol Hill Transit Oriented Development

This project earned LEED Platinum certification. EC provided the complete electrical scope for the development’s construction, consisting of three five-story apartment towers over a two-story concrete podium with a total of 318 apartment units. One unique aspect of this project is that it was constructed over the underground Capitol Hill light rail station, which took addition coordination during construction.
