Bates Technical College Medical Mile Health and Science Center

A progressive design-build project on the occupied Bates Technical College Campus. EC’s scope included the removal of an existing classroom building and replacing it with a new 60,000-square-foot, four-story building consisting of one floor of parking and three floors of classroom, laboratory, and office space that serves 400 students. The project was awarded LEED Silver certification.
